There seems to be a lot of space between butt and kidney plate. And I think the belt should be flat and not angled downwards. Is your cod pulled up as tight as it can ?

Also, Adam Baldwin dropped a challenge coin on us...and i was lucky i had mine. He donated his, from his series The Last Ship, to our garrison.
Awesome and classy guy. I hope to cross paths with him again, and drop my coin.

use less padding in the top. you should be able to get your eyes dead centre of the bucket eyes.

That's an awesome seam.

They are both male but one has the wrong backing. The front has to be a rivet, you seem to have three snaps. I'd compare to other ei submissions and make them match.
And try goo b gone or goof off to soften up the Velcro glue, or ice if it's e6000 to make the glue more brittle so it pops off.

Easy way to tell...all the soft parts should be washable...fill a sink with hot water and soak each for ten minutes then hand wring out. Something will need. I throw a white towel into the bin and my dark parts on top.Totally. It has to be one of the black pieces to the costume (I assume), but I can't find what it is. I have a few of them on different parts of the armor, including the butt plate. I have no clue what's causing them. I've tried putting things I think it it into the inside of the armor to see if I can make it happen there too, but no luck. The search continues.

"black" cloth isn't black. It's always dark red, dark blue, or dark green.
Either your cloth gloves are bleeding when sweaty, a foam or cloth padding in a storage bin is bleeding when damp from sweaty armour, the black material from undergarments, socks, neckseal , balaclava is bleeding.
Just yesterday, for example, one of our at at drivers was trying to figure out what was staining his new grey jumpsuit yellow. Looked like random bleaching, but in straight lines and only on arms, legs, chest, random spots. He used mattress foam from Walmart to line his carry bin...same colour, and that foam isn't microfibre and very prone to colour transfer.

1- why would you make copies of something you already have?
2- why would you make more than one?
3-given that even making a back up for yourself is taking money out of the pocket of the person who's armour you copied, I'd call it recasting and sketchy.
Personally I want five more pairs of ata shoulder bells to paint in fundraising colours / branding for the special events I always attend. But I'd never copy them. One of these days I'll get around to asking him to sell me give more set.

Try to size them as they fit when pushed down over boots.Calfs were a massive problem for me as I play rugby lol so have massive calfs but will see wat I can do with them

I'd pad the rear of your thighs. From left and right there's a big difference in the clean straight line .

Looks perfect. What fixed it?Took some new pics, they're as close as I can get em. Considering it's not a requirement, how much longer do you think it'll take to get reviewed?

There's not enough fotk chatter really.

It's going to bleed under from the first coat anyway. If you have spare templates I'd remove everything, wash clean with mineral spirits , dry. Reapply templates, press into place, paint a coat of white and let dry. Then the correct blue a few coats after really stirring the blue paint well.
If you don't have spare templates I'd just paint the right blue on top, let dry overnight, then remove all the masking and start cleaning with toothpicks and mineral spirits.

I'm an extroverted introvert. I can and have existed alone for a while...and it comes down to the people around me. I tend to have a great skill at peacekeeping and yet a great skill for shucksstorm ...which autocorrect changed to agitator...fun...causing because I speak out. So I Jawa and tk and nobody cares what we say anyway ;-)

Dollar store gloves. But still a small size may be large.

Mine are that way too, but some armours just have bigger gaps at the bottom than others. The anovos kits often look ...ratty...
-
Try the material used around screens in screen doors...little black tubular stuff you press around with a wheel. Sewn in between material it may work. I like a neck seal that breathes a.lot tho, rubber might just be warm.
-
I'm curious...are the cover strips just not long enough to cover the seam at the bottom?
-
I made pads out of dollar store knee pads. They curve nicely, cut easily, and I just hollowed out the spots my ears sit it. Thin foam on top so I can see out the eyes and done.

I used industrial Velcro and so far after 200+ troops they are still strong and haven't come undone once. Losing calf weight won't change the lines unless you shimmed:. You'll just add more padding Inside the shins to keep them looking good.

Sludge meaning fiberglass trimmings and acetone or mixing up slush fg ?Use the standard Bondo 2-part body filler if you're going Bondo. Better yet, save your trimmings and do Sludge instead. It does take longer, but it looks and lasts a LOT longer if done correctly. Since it's essentially the same material as the armor, it has similar flex, expansion, and contraction characteristics as the armor itself. Bondo will eventually crack and require a full cleanup/overhaul..!

Armour and helmet must match as close as you can. Otherwise it will just look wrong.Figured I'd have to paint the armor anyway since that's what I've seen most other builds do. Is it NOT required to match the Anovos helmet?
-
Bondo makes fiberglass version. Just use the two part bondo. You are better off using more cement than Bondo. Bondo is not structural it's cosmetic. I don't think fiberglass and acetone make sludge.

And...I just noticed where the left side rivets are...I'd wait for clarification from the DOs but should they meet at a seam or be spaced that far apart across a shim?
