  1. http://forum.mepd.net/index.php?showtopic=12634&page=2#entry171459 Found this on the MEPD, the guys over there seem to like it at the moment.
  2. http://www.evike.com/products/50076/ I was curious to see if this is an accurate enough Sterling replica to be approved. Obviously it wouldn't be very good for trooping because it is an airsoft gun, but I want to know how accurate to the original this one is.
  3. All I can tell you is to look around this area of the forum for other build threads. It's amazing what you can learn from them
  4. And to think, I almost bought a helmet kit from him, and then I joined the FISD
  5. If someone has, or has the know-how, please post some printable trap templates, please
  6. Yeah, I have to agree with Vern. Trim some by the chin. It also helps to wear a thin balaclava, to sort of push your ears closer to your head.
  7. Not sure if these are accurate or not but... --------
  8. The kit should come with the neck trim. My helmet kit did.
  9. The second one I posted might just be my favorite of the two. It would of been cool if they dressed in full armor, but I doubt the armor could take that much of a beating.
  10. Man, I sure wish my Dad made high quality Stormtrooper armor. All he is a minister 8 *sigh*.
  11. Awesome, now I don't feel like I screwed up to much on my first build.
  12. Anybody have a printable helmet padding template?
  13. Brandon, I tried to follow Pandatrooper's ATA lid build as closely as I could. So all I did was cut as close to part that is all "wavy" as I could. After looking at some other reference pictures, I don't mind the gaps.
  14. Yeah, I am working on my first bucket. Mine is an ATA, it is great quality, ABS plastic, a little small, so if you have a large head it might not work out for you. But if you have a smaller head I highly recommend one. Great price too. Best of luck
  15. These are wonderful! Do you have stencils for the tears and traps too?
