    I used some super glue to hold my S-trim. But, you can try to sand it down a little bit, I might help remove the imperfections. As for your ear, I think you cut to much of your cap and back. the face plate should go in the inside of the cap and back.

    Your right ear (when bucket on) is too much far back. You need to set it straigth.
