Make sure you use the "direct link" or copy and paste the image directly across to your post. It just looks like your elastic between the backplate and kidney plate is not strong enough or too long. Inside image would be helpful of the strapping.

Questionable recasting casting issues I believe, you can find some info here -
Just make sure the top of the ridges are matching. For any gaps you can add a little offcut of ABS behind and add ABS paste if you really want too. Sometimes you can be left with a slight longer ridge than the other side, you can heat and bend if you really want too. I just use a heat gun and fold on a piece of wood, some use a hobby sealing iron.

You can add multiple images into one post, just make sure you use the "direct link" or right clip, cop and paste directly into your post. Coming along nicely
