There are 2 springs I found at a Truvalue Hardware store, they have spring assortments.

Took it to its first Troop yesterday, everyone loved it!!

I prime it with plastic primer, give the body of the blaster a good coat of silver, and the scope was undercoated in gold. This one, I gave it a coat of hammered black and finally coated the entire blaster with flat black. After it cured a day, I scuffed it good with scotch brite pads and scratched it with and exacto knife. Also, for a better showing of the undercoats, I masked off areas and lightly dusted with gold and silver again. I let that flash a bit and unmasked the entire blaster, then dusted the whole thing again with flat black. Next day, I lightly scuffed the blaster with scotch brite again. I also highlighted the lettering on the scope with white.

I just finished this last night. I replaced the front allen screws, rebuilt the sight, made the cocking lever functional and put lenses in the scope. My progress pics didn't turn out though... What do you think??

Not in the least. It is fun locating accurate parts. Back to the Decals...They look great!! I will do one by hand eventually.

Ok, maybe lazy wasn't the correct choice, more to the point, I was in a hurry. I have put together 5 Legion approved costumes in less than a year, working on the 6th.

Yes, the Dave M decals are good for Centurion, I have them on mine.

Looks like a great build!! Do you have mesh behind the teeth of the helmet, your lighted helmet shot looks like there isn't. They will most likely want a little more info at the top of your submission thread, see the previous threads for an example. Overall, should be an easy pass. Good luck Trooper!!

Great Looking Armor!! Should be another easy approval, you troopers are making Mathias's job too easy!! You do have to be approved EIB before you apply for Centurion. Good luck!!

I was able to use a set of wire cutters, cut the inner pin by the washer, then wiggle the outer rivet out. I did use ABS paste to doctor the holes, if you are careful, you won't even need to paint them. Use a tootpick to apply.
