  2. Congrats Matt!! Welcome to the EIB Club!!
  3. I like my suspenders a lot, I cross them in the back and have parachute buckles just above the ab plate. You may want to try a couple of methods and see what you like the best.
  4. Looks Great Trooper!! I guess you didn't need to use any ab shimms.... Good Luck!!

  14. Unfortunity, it may be, I had too big of buttons too. Some hardware stores have flip drawers with assortment of items in them, typically, if they carry snaps, they will have the size smaller then you have there. Overall a very easy fix. However, wait till you hear form Locitus.
  15. Love my Doopy's Conversion and even more my Doopy's full resin. Good luck!!
  16. Welcome to the White Zone!! Have you gone to this section? http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/index.php?showforum=38 Go there and request 501st access. That should get you more access.
  17. Looks Great Trooper!! The only thing I see is the ab buttons may be painted just a bit large.
  18. Good, the side shot was a bit fuzzy.
  19. Looks great Matt!! Does the gap on your shins open to the inside of your calves?
  20. Just need to remember that the numbers shouldn't be worn at a cannon event, I have an extra bell to go both ways. I also used activated carbon for an aquarium, for battle scoring. I put some in a ziploc bag, smashed it a bit with a hammer which caused some pinholes in the bag. I then took the bag a brushed it over areas of the armor then litely coated over it with Aquanet hairspray. I also put some dust in a squeeze bottle and "puffed" it close to areas and made some nice scortch marks too.
  21. Looks Great and great effort!!! Good luck Trooper!!
  22. Yea, I too wanted one of those Don Post helmets in 1978! Man, they are nasty.
