Perhaps, I dont know Im new to this so I was just more curios if there was any info on this other than speculation , but yes there are recasters every were! and to call proto on a blank helmet is a massive call Either way , I wont be buying it

You missed my point Im saying both of those are considered prototypes and both are different , Im just saying it is possible that it is an acutal proto type , Has any one tryed to contact the seller or even looked at there history or other items for sale , My point is people are quick to accuse

This looks great, the colour is good , I think youl find that the real helmets were closer to this colour than the stark white some people preffer. What make is it(who made it) ?

Im not 100% but I think you will find that this is actually the protto type the made b4 the started the clean up , there were afew made and a couple have surfaced b4 and this is how the looked, And if you look at his/her(there) other items and previously sold items they do seem to have a few MR proto types so its posible pics from Stawarshelmets.com Here are 2 diferent prot types , the one with the eyes cut out is very much the same as the one in the auction

They dont have hand gaurds the ones from that pull must be made over sculpts

Its cast from a real hero helmet , the pics in the first posts are of the real helmet, as it is Hero helmets do not have nearly as prominent "pill" detail in there tear area as the stunts , though what is on the real heros will be the same as it is on the EFX hero (

Right well I figured some out there would have blasters with direct linage to screen used blasters as I thought there were other people who have cast parts the have origins from the real props

Id like to find out some of the serial No.s from screen used and production E11's if any one has a blaster with ties to a real production blasters stunt or other wise can you either post or pm me the serial No.s , spacifically the ones from the add in shots in ANH after its remastering Thanks

Well that goes on alot in props, And for good reasons to , though once its been kept for some time it tends to come out Just as well people do share some things ,

Same as my last post I dont claim to know any thing about the boots infact up until very recently Ive never liked the TK costume (apart from the helmet) How ever now it has grown on me , Any like I saiid it must have just been a gerealisation ,

Like I said it was I have nothing more than a comment on TV, and the more I think about it, its possible that someone could say Doc martins as a generalisation of leather boot ,, So dont take it as any thing more than that

This is probly neither hear nor there, But many years ago like 17 years (I remember because it was the year I had my first pair of Doc martins) Some one on TV , now I cant remember who (but I have a fealling it was on "Hey hey its Saturday") but the were talking about working on films and making props, and this person said for sstar wars we just got doc martins and painted them white , Itr always stayed with me because I was a fan of both SW and Docs , probly nothing but it did happen

Yup And no not SDS, its a Hero not 0

As for replicas go ,until there is a hero out that is cast from a real hero the stunts are better because they are true representations of what they were cast from ' I used to preffer the stunt it has a more menacing look , though for some reason the hero has grown on me
