Cute throwback:

Snaps attached to plastic also allow you to change the length of the elastic easily. That helps when first fitting your new costume. And if your body changes you may want to adjust over time.
And if you use snaps with elastic you will be able to take your armor apart and store/transport it.

I've got a fully commissioned TK build being delivered from RS Prop Masters this next week as my first armor, and I have two questions that I probably should have considered prior to my investment, but I figure better late than never:
1. Are you able to sit down in this?
2. Is it possible to put this on without assistance?
I wouldn't advise sitting down... but it is possible if you're careful.
Most TKs can put their costume on without assistance. It takes some practice though

Strong work Tony. Really nice build.
And it seems to fits you well.

Can you believe that this thread has 133,338 views? Crazy man.

Insidi0us1 sent me some good notes and marked up reference photos. I'll start a thread soon (this weekend most likely) and get writing before we all become consumed by the TFA monster.
This is a good thread to post reference images in the mean time if folks are inclined.

Alright then. It really looks like I need to bump this CRL up on my todo list.
Luckily the Phasma CRL is on the back burner I think until the movie comes out. All the costume displays and clips we've seen contradict each other (thank you Ingrid).
I'll try to do a first pass and post it up before the end of the year.

lol, what's the difference in the world of CG?
Hey now! Let's not get into an empty metaphysical debate. That's what the legion forums are for.

There's canon... and then there's movie canon.

I haven't had any luck posting from my iPad either. You get the awesome line break strings "<br>" and it messes up the html embedding when I paste from photo bucket. No problem when on my computers though pc or mac: IE, chrome and safari work fine. iPad or iPhone = broke.
Totally broked! Stand by. I may have a fix. It won't be soon though.
Are there any apps that are iPad/whitearmor friendly?

Whew! And LOL. The guy with two posts got it!
Ok... now the staff needs to huddle up and figure out Wyatt's next contest.
Congrats!

What about some M&M's(no green) instead of popcorn?
Only if they're peeled and fed to me while being fanned

TM's 1.5mm shins look pretty good next to ATA's plastic. His acrylic capped 2mm stuff is super duper white.
I can take a photo today of ata vs TM if you remind me

Are decimals authorized? Because with the decimal you can make a nice number around the 50 mark
Integers only please. Goof.

Gonna go closest to the pin if no one nails it exactly?
I'll leave that up to Wyatt. Good question though.

Wow I haven't updated this in a while... I've been Vadering a lot... but to prove that I still do wear my TK... here are the only photos I could find of me in my new TM on one of the days of this year's Rhode Island Comicon. I eventually took off my helmet and participated in the panel. The photog caught me with my bucket off in one photo (now removed from Facebook) where it looks like I was playing with my junk. Kinda uncool I thought.
Yes my (RT) thighs aren't high enough.
It was my first time trooping in the TM. Standing next to my bro Randy in his RT-MOD a guy asked if I was the battle worn version of a stormtrooper compared to Randy's new trooper. I was soul crushed. Randy is a trooping machine and my kit had only a few hours on it. It makes me regret not getting the shiny white 2mm TM kit. Maybe someday?
Yes it was DLT-19 day for us.
I will try and update this thread at some point with all my Vader photos.
