  1. No harm done mate... Never apologize for your enthusiasm!!
  2. I think this can be modded to a padme blaster
  3. The issue I can see you having is that batteries are fairly heavy... It may be alright you holding the battery in place to test fit for size, but once you have fixed the battery to the lid you are going to have a lot of weight in one particular area... Which could result in the lid pulling in one direction...giving you additional neck strain or making your lid sit 'daft' I understand your issue with longevity of battery life, but the smaller aa or square batteries will allow you to better distribute the weight and also take up less space... Plus how long would it take you to swap out the batteries ( carried by your faithful crew of course) during actroop break... 30 secs??? I thought you were going to post some slimline mobile phone type battery when I saw your post... When I looked at the pics , it looked about the 1/4 size of a car battery... Lol And yes you can use 'piss on your chips' , you never heard that before? Variation on the 'rain on your parade'.... Good luck , would be interested to see it in situ and how the balance in the lid is affected...
  4. Don't mean to piss on your chips, but it doesn't seem Particularly compact to me... You going to fit this in your lid?
  5. Won't open from my iPhone, can you enter more than once?
  6. The cops here don't seem to have an issue with it.. I think as long as you approach it with a sensible attitude and it is am organized event, the police have no problem, in fact sometimes get in on the act.. You will however always get the odd jobsworth who will go out of his way to beca pain in the neck.. At the end of the day respect their decisions/advice otherwise your troop could be over very quick-------
  7. Northern Ireland police used it, but probably only up to mid to late 80's, now they use the standard h&k models
  8. Star wArs action news ( a must for collectors) force cast the chive cast ( another vintage collector) daves of thunder
