  1. Nice feature. Well done, chaps.
  2. Exciting project, Karin. I have nothing to contribute ... except my encouragement!
  3. And you can even take it all apart again no problem if need be.
  4. @ Karin Try searching for "Federstahldraht" ("Hobby- und Architekturbedarf")
  5. I have very broad feet. My TKBoots are probably a half size larger than I would normally wear and they are extremely comfortable. In general they are quite broad-fitting and very, very soft.
  6. Are you mental? Pics are good!
  7. And sure enough I took it out and it's already goign a bit yellow at the edges.
  8. Will it really turn the same yellow shade? I've got the same blue stuff in my helmets ... time to leave it out in the Tenerife sun I feel!
  9. Pretty effin' close, Mark. Nice!
  10. I can see it again (Google Chrome).
  11. Really nice build! Partcularly like your blaster. One problem might be that I think you've got two rivets too many on your belt for the Stunt configuration.
  12. This is what my screen shows (I even tried different skins) ...
  13. Mathias mentioned this. It seems to be still missing. I was so proud I copied the image file from mine and added it to my signature on our Garrison forum.
  14. My God! Top notch work, mate. Hats off!
  15. I think that's the way to go to build a sturdy suit for trooping which looks accurate on the outside. All the strapping in the same places but with the extra security of a snap and some plastic weld.
  16. That's cool. It was only a small recommendation for a cosmetic change on my part. Heck, the stitching on my handplates isn't even functional. I "cheated" and added elastic to the inside. All that sewing to the gloves was too fiddly for me. Congratulations on the pass and welcome to the club.
  17. I think you've ticked all the boxes and done a really fine job. One thing I would do to improve th eoverall look is add a couple more loops of yarn to each of the stitches on the handguards. It looks like you've just got a single loop of yarn in each. It looks mightily thin. I'm sure the yarn on the originals was looped through in several repeat stitches to hold the guards on the gloves. Looks thicker than just one loop to me ...
  18. I'm in! And in the event that I win, I will of course cover the shipping myself.
  19. Brilliant! Really looking forward to seeing those. That looks quite fiddly!
  20. Well, I'll be .... well spotted, Mason!
  21. OK, it seems it was just in the process of being moved.
  22. I posted a new topic today entitled "ROTJ strapping discussion" (in this section http://forum.whitearmor.net/index.php?showforum=8). I went back to check on it and it seems it has disappeared. Can anyone shed any light on what happened?
