  1. The face looks soft around the frown and nose which is why I'm thinking recast.
  2. Never the less, even if your T-track is the most accurate, without proof it's still just us taking your word for it. And many of us here don't roll that way.
  3. Likely AP recast Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 4
  4. Do you have proof of that? And as far as I know, Gino wasn't working for eFX when he designed the extrusion die for his T-track.
  5. If you look at the wikipedia page for MG34 (which the DLT-19 is based on) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MG_34 Specifications Weight 12.1 kg (26.7 lb) 19.2 kg (42.3 lb) (with tripod) Length 1,219 mm (48.0 in) Barrel length 627 mm (24.7 in)
  6. Moved to non star wars costuming.
  7. For the record, it's cap rivets, not split rivets. (Yes, centurion permits split rivets, for reasons of accessibility, but it's still wrong.)
  8. The belt is put together with cap rivets. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 4
  9. Cap rivets are used on all parts where it is not split rivets, ie everywhere but the side of the torso and helmet (helmet of course uses pop rivets). -------
  10. Yes, I have evidence. RS put up a picture of their inside of that belt whilst making a tutorial. Full gallery: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10150515780229333.386994.265114729332&type=3
  11. It's also easier to attach the knee belt with cap rivets than it is with split rivets. On top of that is that cap rivets are the accurate way to go.
  12. You don't have to use a mesh. It's not screen accurate anyway.
  13. It's no big deal at all. We're not enemies, we just have different opinions once in a while. You give some, you win some. That's life.
  14. I don't want to archive any other threads. Only sales threads. The rules I had set up for archiving only applied to threads that had no activity for 6+ months. Which I think is more than reasonable. If you want to sell something and it sits for half a year then it might be best to create a new thread or make sure to bump it one in a while.
  15. Good idea Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 4
  16. The archiving has been undone now, so everything is back. But we obviously have different options on the issue. I would absolutely mind archiving other kinds of topic that hold actual information. But sales threads don't. And people don't always contact a mod to change the topic title to sold (and they can't do it themselves), so in this case, having almost 7 years of threads (100+ pages) is nothing but confusing to users, a performance hit on the server and to no real benefit for anyone.
  17. No unfortunately there isn't. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 4
  18. Since you've now decided, I've removed the poll options. You shouldn't need a poll anyway as it's entirely your own choice and not something for others to tell you what to do.
  19. Yep, you want Karin's work. You can find her here these days: https://www.facebook.com/groups/133147473363580/
  20. The Mk 2 was made from two halves that you screwed together at the middle. Like a barrel part and a receiver/stock part. I would assume that the Mk 3 is the same, but it's pure speculation on my part.
  21. I don't know, I gave you his username for you to ask him.
  22. Yeah, it's more or less the same.
  23. svache has it on his AP and troops with it.
  24. It doesn't. But you might look funny with a body like a ball when it should be a stick.
  25. I'm inclined to agree with Paul on the shims unless we're talking massive gaps. But in those cases, maybe a TK isn't the right costume for you anyway.
