  1. No, there's plenty of room for pictures in the thread. Give it another try.
  2. No, you have to glue it in place. No rivets at all.
  3. You will find more answers in the other thread about exactly the same thing; http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/24869-abs-vs-pvc/
  4. Yeah, you won't have any problems with that.
  5. No, it does not. Existing award holders are grandfathered. But upgrades are of course always encouraged.

  7. True, but who wants to look bad in public?
  8. +1 on that.
  9. I think you can access them via the "my media" button in the reply box.

  11. It gets added to your request thread title after approval.
  12. Cool When you do, you can also rework the ends of the belt to make them stop right at the end of the rivet covers for extra accuracy (you'll probably need to trim the 45 degree corners again as well, but it's all easy fixes).
  13. I would also suggest shaving off the top and bottom of the ab belt like you did on the knee belt, to make the edges level with the boxes, like this:

  15. At the moment the concept CRL lies under the TK, so the detachment would be FISD. But maybe it will get its own detachment later on.
  16. I'm not sure what the lower half of the diagram is supposed to look like, but the upper looks like a cross section of the socket you put the jack into, and if you look at the jack it's easy to see what goes where. So 4/5 is right, 3/2 is ground and 1 is left. At least that's how I imagine it goes.
  17. It was about time for sure, and something many of us invested a lot of time into. Myself included. The good thing is that if you paid attention here on FISD when you built your kit you should already have these new requirements implemented, as they have been on the board for a long time.
  18. Congratulations! If you're feeling bored sometime you should consider sanding down and repaint the ear bumps, because not on a single ANH helmet I've ever seen has the ear bump been painted black in the "front" like yours. They always started at the back.
