bluehickey
Since CaBoots is currently not making any smaller size boots (I am a size 9) I was curious to know if anyone has had any experience with these type of boots found on ebay: Ebay boots If anyone can tell me about the quality, or comfort etc, that would be helpful. BFA
Wouldn't deal with Starfortress if they were the last retailer on earth. Avoid like the plague !!
Smitty
Junk Products, junk owner, junk period. Steer clear of Star Fortress! Plus he's child pornography fugitive from the states. He and his products are total garbage.
ThayNerd[TK]
Stay away from Star Fortress. Do a search on him and you'll see why.

cojake
He has the same reputation on TDH and other forms. Crummy service/recasted products and a pedophile to boot.
TK_Margarita[TK]
Just went on his Star Fortress site- the stuff is SOOOOO expensive. Like $420 for a Sandtrooper backpack? Plus $125 to ship? Outrageous! The fast that it is way over priced, but then to find out he cut and ran from charges of being a pedophile? Stay clear!
bluehickey
OK, how about these boots on ebay, does anyone know about the quality and/or comfort of these? I'll admit, that the soles don't look nearly as comfortable as the caboots version. bluehickey
Those are commonly know as Elvis or Mariachi boots, and would not be acceptable. Yeah, they don't look that great either. I guess I'm just worried about not being able to get some decent boots in my size when the time comes (size 9-10). I guess I could always buy some jodphur boots and put some white polish on them, but they won't look nearly as good and will need constant upkeep, which doesn't seem any fun. ThayNerd[TK]
I just looked at caboots site and they have size 10 available.
bluehickey
I just looked at caboots site and they have size 10 available. They are available in size 10, that's good. I really wear a size 9, but perhaps with my shoe inserts in as well, I could fill out a size 10 better.

I also wear thicker socks when trooping so that might help a little too.
