I mucked up the chest/torso- and think I need to start over

Hello! I'm currently assembling the Denuo Novo FOTK, and as someone new to this material, I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed. I've completed the chest/torso, but I think I've made too many mistakes and may need to start over. Can anyone recommend a place for replacement parts?? I've messaged a few but wonder if there's more. Thank you!

Depending on what's done you might be able to save it yet. As mentioned post up some photos and we can have a look.

 

DN did do spares in the past but they don't seem to have the torso listed at the moment. Worst case there are other suppliers you can use.

Thanks so much for the replies—and apologies for the delay in responding. I’m still finding my way around the site and the armor-building process, and I've been a bit slowed down by figuring out the whole Imgur thing.

I’ve gone through the 101 and I understand how to compose clear photos. I’m just curious—what’s the benefit of using Imgur (or another image host) instead of uploading pics directly to the forum? Is it just for cropping/editing convenience, or does it give members better access to the images?

I really appreciate the help so far. Once I’ve got the image posting process down, I’ll get some photos up—I could definitely use the feedback. I’ve hit a point where I’m this close to throwing my chest plate in the river just to see if it floats. 😅

Forum only allows a small amount of images to be added, you could imagine how much data storage would be needed if thousands of members could upload images directly to the forum.

Posting on Imgur is a breeze once you get the hang of it, Jonathan.  One thing to keep in mind is that once you add the pics to your "Gallery" in Imgur, if you delete them from that site any time in the future they will disappear from your post(s) as well.  There is basically an unlimited amount of storage there, and we advise keeping them so that any future troopers who have the same issues can reference them.
