I have a strip lens on my TK, it has been scratch beyond safety.

What face shield material would be correct?

Please provide a link if possible. I have been told to just get welder shield, but from online vendors I can't tell how clear it would be.

Any help is welcome.

I use welder shield (grey) in my Mando and easy to see through, for TK you could use something like this in green LINK

Thank you, that is better than some of the shields I got... they were too dark and way too thick.

I used a replacement strip of green lens from Trooper Bay: https://trooperbay.com/product/dark-green-040-thick-transparent-tinted-vinyl-2-5-x-15-5-inches-lens-material-star-trooper-wars-stormtrooper-sandtrooper-armor/

I chose the 0.040 thickness ans the 0.020 is a bit too thin for me and you can potentially see eyes and any thicker is hard to work with and see out of

I was able to source a green lens from airgas welding. This lens is lighter brighter than the original lens.

At just $7.00 is is a great solution!

Thanks all for you input, you were very helpful. I posed the question because I never could find a good discussion on the topic
