Testor's paint for ST armor

Any advice on where to find the Testor's paint French Blue for my stormtrooper armor?  I can't find it anywhere.

A lot of hobby stores carry it, not sure if you have any local. You could try the Humbrol #14 it's available on Ebay. Or even reach out to local members, some buy a tin and only use it once, you can find troops close to your here https://www.501st.com/maps/

I fear that they may not be making it any more - it has become scarce locally here as well, but the Model Master line is a good alternative:
