Hi all,

So after much research on here and the UKG forum I'm taking the plunge and starting my first stormtrooper build.

To make the most of being able to tap into two pools of wisdom I apologise in advance to any troopers on here and UKG for duplicating content and questions - I figure that specialised TK knowledge from FISD and 'local' know-how from UKG-based troopers will hopefully steer me along the right path.

For a multitude of reasons (some practical, others less so) I've gone for an ESB version. RS Prop Masters have a great website (I like to see what I'm buying before I part with any cash) and have a great reputation so I'm 99% certain I'll get my armour from them. I'm building on a budget (who isn't these days?) so with the abundance of how-to's online hope to be able to apply what DIY / crafting skills I have to trim/glue/drill/cut/sand/rivet/sew my way along the self-build route as much as possible.

As I mentioned in my initial post I'm ultimately aiming for Centurion approval so aim to build to this level from the start to save rework later.

I'm looking forward to getting to know folks on here and hopefully meet up with some of you on future troops!

Cheers

Self-build kits (helmet & armour) together with recommended strapping kit ordered from RS Prop Masters - now the long wait until BBB day!

Looking forward to seeing your build thread soon :duim:

Plenty of time to do some research, FYI aiming for L3 from the get go can be easier than converting down the road ;)

Lots of approved RS L2 and L3 approvals, just look for RS in the titles https://www.whitearmor.net/forum/forum/19-request-expert-infantry-status/
