jsilvius[Staff]
While I await the arrival of the new earcaps, I decided I would work on my belts. Yes, I said belts. My goal is to have an EI ANH Stunt and an ESB. So swap out helmet, belt, hand guards... two kits. I followed Tony's guild and cut the 45s and I'm looking at punching holes. Just curious about the belt squares. I'm not sure if I need to cut this down (thickness) or is the little depth okay. Doggydoc[Staff]
One thing that I am noticing in the photo of your belt is that the canvas belt appears to not be lining up with the 45 degree cut outs on the corners of the ABS belt. It could just be a perspective issue on the photo if the canvas belt has dropped away from the ABS one. If you are aiming for Centurion, then you may need to trim the corners a bit as shown below. L3 CRL: "The corners of the plastic ammo belt shall be trimmed at a 45 degree angle that that meets the outer edge of the cloth belt."
