Need Help Updating My Stormtrooper Armor

Hello!!  My name is Tom and I'm trying to get back into the 501st Legion.

 

I have a Stormtrooper Armor kit that was created by Gerardo Follano.

 

I've had it for over 15 years and am having a few issues:

• I've grown a bit, so my leg, forearm, bicep armor pieces need to be expanded (I would prefer new pieces, but don't know if someone can make them for me)
• I need a canvas belt (I think)

 

I'm attaching some pictures (my thermal detonator is off center and the gray piece fell off, but I have it)

Hello and welcome back, here are the current CRL (costume reference library) requirements: https://databank.501st.com/databank/Costuming:TK_anh_stunt have a read through those will give what has changed over time.

 

One thing your boots look a little too cream compared to the amor, you may need to dye them a little whiter.

 

Also check with your GML (garrison membership liaison) as it is ultimately he or she who will be approving your armor.

Whilst you could try adapting what you have, it’s worth noting that armour has come on a long way in the last 15 years. It might be worth taking a look at the thread that Brien (Harbinger) shared and consider the option of a new kit. :-)
