HWT Question

Hi all...planning on converting my approved ANH TK to a HWT.

 

Am I correct that all that is required for basic HWT (converting ffrom the standard ANH TK )is the backpack, pouches and light dusting/scuffing for basic approval?

 

I compared the CRLs and that’s basically what I came away with...am I missing something?

Hey

The light scuffing is for the higher levels so not needed for basic and the belt is not to have a holster or drop boxes and you need a pauldron, other than that you are correct

Awesome thx much...think I'm on my way...have a backpack, DLT-19 and MP-40 pouches enroute...

Is it possible for a HWT to wear a Holster for the SE-14R or how do you wear that weapon?

Unfortunately no holsters are allowed for HWT approval, even at basic level, but you can always carry it just like you would an E-11.
