quick0817[TK]
Hello everyone. I got my kit on Thursday from AP. I am in full excitement mode and yet overwhelmed. The kit was purchased as untrimmed. So i am starting the trimming process while I am still gathering other tools, materials. and ordering other items. I am hoping to get good feedback from you all as this progresses. I will be trying to keep everything I can updated here as this moves along. progressing will be slow as I am super busy in the fall. Anyone with AP that trimmed that can tell me what you used and steps etc would be helpful. I have started on forearms. So I am short guy on the 5'7'' side 170 pounds. Kit is AP untrimmed. supernaut11[TK]
Good luck, man! It's a great kit.. Take your time and enjoy the ride. The forearms are just fine to start with. As you progress through your build, you'll find that you have multiple things going on anyway, so I wouldn't worry too much about that. Take a look at several build logs, not just AP, but different ones as well. And take notes! That was very helpful for me.

quick0817[TK]
Things are ramping back up. I do have detonator completed. Thighs - I messed up on cover strips and shoes them to match unevenness of the inner and outer clam shells. So gonna tear those off and start over. Going to try and make those clamshell parts align at top by doing minor trim and create a new return edge. Then will have a bette cover strip. quick0817[TK]
Does this thigh on right side work or do I need to line up the tops? This is what I am redoing. Trying for centurion and o can only find where right side is expected to see misalignment on AP.
