Maximium maneuverability airsoft armor

So what I'm trying to go for is a stormtrooper outfit I can wear while I play Airsoft. I've got the weapon covered. I just need some advice on a build that will give me the most ability to run, jump etc.

I would recommend, if you are not against it, a scout trooper type of armor. A lot more mobility that Stormtroopers. And I agree, use foam.

I would be equally worried about visibility. Helmets are not great for seeing anyone.

Would the foam be dense enough to prevent a bb from penetrating it? Another question is how do I go about building with foam? I'm a complete newbie.

Just buy a halloween costume. You will literally destroy tk armour. And fall down a lot. And not aim worth beans. Even scout...you'll destroy the knees...and everyone is going to unload on you just to hear the pellets ping :-)

Making your own patterns isn't to hard. Here's a ARC Trooper that my cousins and I made out of foam.

And a Scout Trooper would be a lot less labor intensive than this.
