Shoulder bell straps around biceps

It seems I see a lot of people using white elastic ?? I ve read in the CRL that it should be black ????

I think it depends on the location of the straps.  Shoulder straps can be white.  Also, the straps holding the drop boxes are usually white too.  

 

All the other straps should be black since your undersuit is black.

Black straps for around the bicep.<br><br>

The white elastic is the strap between the chest and back plate under the rigged shoulder straps.
