Ryth_[501st]
Done the same, when testfitting. Both are on, right? If not, use a stick or something woody to bash it out from the open side. -> cont. I hold the TD horizontal, and kept pressure on the edge of the cap - leaning on a bookshelf. Do this all around the cap, and it will come off.
Coastertk[TK]
What you've there is a suction problem. Drill a hole in the TD under the control panel. If you haven't already glued it down.
TK bondservnt[501st]
I put the air hole under the metal strip. so plan your location for the strips, when you drill a hole it will allow the caps to come off.
wingnut65[Staff]
Put the TD in a plastic bag and blow some air from a compressor on low pressure into the hole. I didn't use a bag or low pressure and mine bounced around the garage.
Khazid[TK]
Put the TD in a plastic bag and blow some air from a compressor on low pressure into the hole. I didn't use a bag or low pressure and mine bounced around the garage. The mental image of this is priceless.
