I'm going to attempt this for my son. Now that he knows I'm getting some armour, he wants his own. So I got a whole bunch of foam sheet from the local art shop and will attempt in the near future. Just need to find a decent helmet. Might go the same route and use the half-mask and MacGyver the back bell shape. TrooperMaster..you offering one of those up? I saw your original post.
