Photo resize to 100KB?

I cannot figure out how to resize a photo on a Mac from it's original size to meet the 100KB requirement for a profile picture. I've already spent an hour looking into this. There is NOT a single image size edit function in my iPhoto. Please help!

You could also do this in Photobucket if that's where you're storing your images. I use it to resize and crop them before posting them here.
