Whats the PVC length for a scratch made E11 blaster?

It's right in the neighborhood of 18 1/4 inches. Definitely not longer than 18 1/2

FOr the barrel, how thick is it supposed to be in PVC size?

Are you referring to wall thickness? All depends how accurate you are going for. If you want a duplicate wall thickness, the tube should be 1 1/2 inches outside diameter with a 1/16 th inch wall thickness. PVC is just not available in these measurements. Acrylic tubing is, though

IM using 1 1/4 thickness of PVC, Im talking bout how long should the pipe be?

Plus or minus 1/8" won't matter so much. Go with 18 1/4"

I use electrical conduit from lowes it's 1.5" in the correct size

DO NOT USE 1 1/4" pipe... that is WAY too small.

I took your suggestion Vern and went to Lowes yesterday to check out the grey coduit pipe. The 1.5" inch seems huge compared to all other blasters I've seen (or comparing it to my hasbro mod.)  I measured the 1.25 pipe and its 40mm in outer diameter. Isn't that what we want?

Oh...and one more question about understanding the template above.  You and gaz say the length of the pipe should be around 18.25 inches...but the template above has 8" and 8".  So where do you put them together to get the 18.25 inches?
