I need opinion about the opening of eyes and frown is it OK or i have to open up a bit ? Also need info about what glue we use to build the helmet ? I use liquid solvent cement Clamp and magnet the pieces together then touch the seam with a few drops of the cement and it will seap in and cement the two peices together. There are a handful of folks who have painted and modified an ANH helmet to get it approved for ROTJ, but the real ROTJ looks comes from the proper helmet. I know you know I'm going to say this but.... I suggest finishing your ANH helmet, selling it, and get yourself a CFO.
