Permanent thermal detonator clips?

I am building a TX and came across a post that someone permanently attached their thermal detonator clips to the armor instead of hooking it on their belt. Is that allowed? Can I do that to my TX? How and where do you permanently attach them? What do you use? Any help would be great. Thanks.

if you start to get fat or skinny  your going to run into the prob of it being off set then . just have someone put it on for you when you troop .

I agree with TK, better to leave it the way it should be a separate piece.

that sounds like a mod that is not really needed.  The T det actually helps to keep the belt together.

Also, if you permanently attach it to your Armour, then think about packing, storing and transporting your Armour.

 

It won't sit in the right place or look right.

 

Where would your belt go?

Above it or below it?

 

It doesn't sound like a good idea.
