ObiHahn[TK]
Maybe spray paint? Go for either flat or satin black. And leave the inside unpainted (white or yellowish).
Wiggleplum
I painted it with the same Humbrol black paint I used for my ears and chin; it looks great.
Sonnenschein
And leave the inside unpainted (white or yellowish). There were all black ones, too
sskunky
I spray mine with satin black and leave the inside un painted.
ObiHahn[TK]
There were all black ones, too Got a picture? I know only of some where the mesh was painted black (allegedly on some hero helmets like Luke's). Some use a hazy screen pic of the "move along" sandtrooper helmet as proof for all black mic tips, but there are enough pics to show that his also were unpainted inside. pandatrooper[TK]
Most people have concluded that they are a tip / internal from a 70's British faucet fixture. To paint the tips, I usually wash them with detergent, flip them face down and stick them on some masking tape, spray with Satin Krylon.
