Well, there is always the 501st Legion boards for approved members of the legion ( you can't get access to the boards w/o being a member). It is very active and although it is not Stormtrooper specific, you'll get a huge audience seeing your product.

Most guys on there have seen them on here though.

 

I'd say the RPF as well

And facebook too... start a "page" (not a group!) and then people can "like" them and talk about them on there.
