Problems logging in to sister sites

When I try logging in to other sites that utilise the same passwords via this passport portal, I get a prompt:

 

As this is the first time you've logged in, we require just a few more details before we can proceed

 

Enter your desired display name: ____________________

 

This form doesn't accept anything (tried with Chrome, IE7) so I cannot get anywhere from there. All I get is:

 

The Following Errors Were Found

Name: Cannot be left blank

 

Suggestions?

i use mozilla firefox and can log in through the portal without issues. i just type the same USER NAME and FIRST NAME that i use on this site

 

if you still cant log in i would try the helpdesk

Help desk hasn't responded, the problem persists only at MEPD site, but I can survive by reading it as a guest...

I have the same problem. Help desk did not respond to me either. There always seems to be alot more guests logged-in at the MEPD than members. So, I think this problem is happening to a few others.

ya its happening to me now... it worked last week

 

i cant seem to access any of the other portal sites that i haven't logged into

 

i just get this on a blank page

I can still see the same problem for passport.clonetroopers.net. I work with Firefox 3.6.

I had this same problem trying to log onto MEPD. I contacted an admin at MEPD (no'l) and he fixed it. I hope this helps someone.

Can you give some pointers, since now seems to be even the passport site out...

You should try logging on to each site directly, not via the portal.

I usually access the various sites w/o the portals. This time around i cannot log into mepd due to Driver error???.
