  1. Height, width & depth of an entire piece please Cross your fingers that I found the right part!
  2. Hey Jesse! The clips on the hero version blaster. It has taken me forever, but I believe I found them!
  3. Hi All! Long time since I've been around! Does anyone have "accurate" measurements of the clip-like greeblies? After a couple years I think I found the actual part! PM is fine. Thanks!
  4. Those look great! Its about time someone offers them! Count me in!
  5. You are correct. Mold sizes are one thing. Assembly is another.
  6. Like the Boss basically said, assembly is the key. Almost any helmet can be assembled to have a larger opening and possibly more room inside. Its all about the faceplate placement. That doesn't mean it has to be a low brow either. I first built an AP before I knew anything. I didn't know that I could adjust the build to fit me. It was like medieval torture to put it on and take it off!... and that was with trimming the opening larger! I'm not even going to mention what it was like inside.... I compared a VT I had to my ATA and AP. The VT mold size is definitely smaller than the ATA and appeared smaller than the AP! First, follow Nate's list - that is based off the actual mold sizes. The bigger / taller you are the more you want to stay at the top of the list (minus the FX of course and the ANH V2 is one piece, so you can't do much with it). Second, before building do some mock ups with tape to hold the parts in place and try it on. Worked for me!
  7. You look great! Definitely one of the best fits I have ever seen!! Top shelf all the way
  8. Great job! I like the natural belt. Is the pauldron for when you inevitably decide to get dirty?
  9. That is AWESOME! The dirt and grim look perfect! ESB LIVES!

  11. Thanks for the help! Here it is in all its glory! Pretty cool to see 3 teeth cut out and the rest painted. The top screw hole looks to be filled with foam or something similar.
  12. I have a much larger version of the image but I can't figure out how to post it. You can see a lot more detail. Can anybody help me out?
  13. I found this image yesterday. I haven't seen this particular shot of the Stormtroopers crawling through the doorway. Both appear to be Stunts with 3 holes. The trooper on the left has something other than a screw in the top spot on the ear cap. Sorry if this pic is old news. I have attached a much larger version further down in this thread.
  14. Hi and welcome! I live in Randleman, NC. That is the best site around. You could use it in conjunction with the blaster forum here and probably get what you need accomplished. There are a lot of very talented troops here that can advise you. Try posting your help needed in the blaster forum. Also stop by New Member Introductions and tell us about you! Welcome aboard!
  15. I didn't know Maker of Things was an armor recaster. I know his E-11 is a MR recast. He seemed to have a good reputation around here till now I guess. Hopefully TE2 will see this.
  16. I was just surfing the Bay and came across this:-------- Anybody know the story? I thought MOT was just doing E-11's. If you click the link, he calls it "TE-AA". He's even "throwing in" a free helmet. I haven't seen this addressed around here so I thought I would bring it up.
  17. I don't mean to sidetrack this thread.....Would there be a problem using Humbrol paints for the helmet details on top of the Krylon Fusion?
  18. Looks like this is THE thread for CAP / ATA builds! Do you think Krylon Fusion would be a good option for a TD build?
  19. I'm 6'4" and weigh 225. I went with RT because of the larger parts and it is more accurate. ATA might work too and it is also accurate, I believe he is over 6'.
  20. I guess the boots would need a slick surface like the Caboots and then spray them "chrome"....or make the boots ABS and chrome 'em. You would walk like Darth Vader getting off the operating table I don't think there is a chrome trooper in the EU. But now that Lego is making a figure, I'm sure Hasbro isn't too far behind. What's next, clear armor?
  21. Hi, The actual "aerators" were tips from a microphone labelled "Hovi Mix". Sink aerators were not used in the movies. I guess if you need stand-ins then household aerators would work or you could just wait for Stomper's.
