  1. I gotta hand it to ya, it is simlpe and it is iconic as well.
  2. FAANHTK ? FAESBTK ? FAROTJTK ? Humm, somehow I think it lost it's apeal to me. How about this instead? Vaders Elite ANH TK Vaders Elite ESB TK Vaders Elite ROTJ TK
  3. I beleive that you are 9 hours ahead of him there. Just where is Redditch?
  4. I must be getting old because I'm drawing blanks here for ideas. Let me just say that the whole idea seemed to be to create a film accurate TK. I don't recall there being much said of creating a new squad or something. And I use the word squad for a lack of a better one for now. Just a new level for the TK costume to rise to. It allso seems to me that we should be a little, hate to use this phrase, "PC". SO, how about this for an idea? "FATKANH"........For Film Accurate TK A New Hope and so on. FATKESB FATKROTJ I like that anyone not in, "the loop" would be woundering what the heck it might stand for OK, now I'v had my fun so I will just go back to bed now
  5. What does the armor really do? Gives you big beautifull black and blue pinch bruises everywhere
  6. Many great ideas, and they all work very well. Have allso used lighter fluid with great results. Even with those darned stickers that they put on glassware from the store. Heck of a lot better than using the sandblaster approach
  7. Thanks Chris! And to use an old exspression,............ Yabadabadooooooooooo!!!!! "Quote- Fred Flintstone"
  8. I do like this. AHN Elite ESB Elite ROTJ Elite I was thinking about adding something about Vader. Like, ANH Vaders Elite, ect. But it sounds to geeky. So yea, I support this idea.
  9. OK, I see that we have lost a few posts across the forum. But it could have been much worse. I had posted pix with the upgraded bucket for deployment, and will now do so again.
  10. Thanks Joey, Took the day off from work today to track this SOB down. In my best efforts I can only track his ISP address down to Southern Eastern Canada. My baseball bat is weeping. I know that to seek vengeance is a sin, however. If a thief enters my world I will forget myself.
  11. Have had some delay in getting new pix posted. Was going to do it last night after I had checked on a few things on the bay. Thats when I found that someone had hacked into my account and added an item for sale using my name and had changed my password. So after 4 hours of changing passwords and other things neither my Wife or I were in the mood for snap shots. Will just have to get to it this weekend.
  12. So, after much coaxing I got my Wife to snap some more pix of my TK. Really hope that this is it as my body has taken a few "armor bites" just with this photo sesion. So OK it is a bad joke Will submitt the proper photos tommorow night
  13. More pix,...? You may not like them. See, I have converted the TK to a Tusken Raider Just,.. Um,... Messing with you. Thanks to everyone who has posted support for my little project. And to thouse who have pushed me into the right direction! A final word. YIPPEEEEEE!! Gawd my spelling sux!
  14. Thanks Ed! You must have been posting when I was editing my last.
  15. So OK, have been updated to TK on the big site. Spent the last three hours tearing apart the helmet and redoing it for the stunt version. I don't like it this way as much as it was, but hey at least now I can see. And I have taken Clutch's idea of trimming the upper dome up a bit, (3/8 of an inch). Have cut the lenses from out a few Vader lids to upgrade or for a repaint. Was a little shaky with the thin ABS VS a fiberglass bucket. So here it is in all of it's stunt ready glory. What's the next hoop? Had a hard time with doing this little operation. The whole time I could not help but think, well there goes 3 days work making the lenses and trimming so the brow sits just right. But now it is at least not "two" helmets but just one.
