  1. Gino, I dont have any pictures of the helmet molds. Only what he calls his "tooling mold" what he uses as a template for cutting the eyes.
  2. I have photos of his workshop, but not of all the molds. The photos were taken before his open day in Aug 2006.

  5. Paul, Amazing work. Ive sent you a PM. Can you get in touch please.
  6. Ive sold loads of hollow mic tips for people wanting to do Johns Mic mod. Or wanting to allow sound through the mic tips.
  7. The trooper in that pic with G.Lucas is a manequin. Look at the wrists. Maybe thats why the arms are long??

4205. Love the lens idea, may use that myself as I'm having a little trouble with mine at the moment. Thanks for sharing your pics, lids looking great.
  9. John, This are used to take profiles of things before cutting. I.E. skirting boards etc. You can get plastic ones from B&Q, but there not as good as the prongs are wider so you lose detail. The metal one above will be a better option. Most hardware shops sell them.
  10. Still having problems John? How about making a carboard template, before trimming the plastic?
  11. Fantastic. thanks Joe. I to would like to own a screen used lid some day. But then, I guess most of us here would too.
  12. Nice!! Great piece Joe. Anymore pics? I wouldn't mind some close ups of the mic tips. They look simular scale etc to mine. Did the previous owner use silicone on the ears?
  13. Very very nice Clutch. Looks amazing.
  14. I'm guessing they are sealed domed nuts and bottoming out before you can tighten them? How about using washers? Or upgrading the nuts to steel nyloc nuts.
