Gino, I dont have any pictures of the helmet molds. Only what he calls his "tooling mold" what he uses as a template for cutting the eyes.

I have photos of his workshop, but not of all the molds. The photos were taken before his open day in Aug 2006.

Ive sold loads of hollow mic tips for people wanting to do Johns Mic mod. Or wanting to allow sound through the mic tips.

The trooper in that pic with G.Lucas is a manequin. Look at the wrists. Maybe thats why the arms are long??

John, This are used to take profiles of things before cutting. I.E. skirting boards etc. You can get plastic ones from B&Q, but there not as good as the prongs are wider so you lose detail. The metal one above will be a better option. Most hardware shops sell them.

Still having problems John? How about making a carboard template, before trimming the plastic?

I'm guessing they are sealed domed nuts and bottoming out before you can tighten them? How about using washers? Or upgrading the nuts to steel nyloc nuts.
