I always thought it looked like it was a pastry cutter, one of the plastic ones from the tupperware range, probably in a nice orange colour!!!!

The se-14r is the perfect length for trooping with and very light weight too

I had a great time at CE did a lot of trooping with my local club mostly as Vader but i did get to put on my trooper armour for a few hours sat afternoon evening which was great fun

Everything when finnished will undergo a session with the buffer. Still am looking for a way to seal the edges of the plastic where they were sanded. Have found that dirt loves to hide in the 600 grit sand scratches. Any ideas?
You could try brasso or t-cut to polish out the fine scratches then you would maybe need to buff afterwards as it may dull down the finish a little.

Im glad that everyone is happy with their belts, be sure to post pictures of your armour when you have finished working on them
If anyone has been thinking of ordering a belt from me from but has not been sure i will be at Celebration Europe so you can see what they are like first and save on postage too!
