I believe they used a different type of chelsea boots with grips on the soles for outdoors, rather than the smooth soles which would have sent the actors flying in the woods
Its a shame they didnt get supplied with Ewok repellant though

Hey Jez i cant help you out with pics (yet) but just wanted to say keep up the great work as i always loved your site

The first set of vader shins i had were made from grp, they are a little heavier but certainly not flexible.. They cut into my feet when walking up stairs. The lightweight abs pair i have are not only more accurate but way better to wear.
As for trooper armour, there is a guy here in the uk selling grp armour parts, looks like fx style. I would personally stick to wearing the abs tk stuff, i think that grp is going to pinch really bad and i think sitting down will be a big no-no come to think of it i think anything apart from a static display would be a no-no.....
Maybe someone here has tried the grp trooper armour and can enlighten us even more

Now that is what i call a big picture, thanks

Dressing is easy, unpacking your armor from a tub and setting it all out so you can reach for the pieces while getting dressed in a crampt place - priceless
Yeah why is it you set it all out on the floor neatly.. then as you start to get dressed, you further realise that you cant reach the floor anymore.....................

I'm curious to know what TM uses on his setups. The originals were clearly something different and his look the same as the screen used items.
As far as i know Pual just used inch flat bar and bends it to fit....

There was a story on the 501st forums about a member who was going to his first troop and was arrested because someone thought his E-11 was a bomb! I think this was in Europe though...
Someone said they thought he was in a cult too becuase of the strange symbols on his shirt (he had a shirt with Imperial cogs on it)....
You just never know...
That was in Australia ealier this year...

TM armour is some of the nicest ive seen
The colour match of the sds seems to be very good too...

The bells worn in the picture are really nothing like the fx bells, they are roughly the same size but thats about it.
I would also like to see pics of anyone else with fx armour that swapped their bells for something else, although i didnt think many armour types incorporate the swoopy bits do they?

Sweet lid, sweet build and sweet tutorial
