Hey nice prezzies
-
Hiya Gary and welcome, there are plenty of us from blighty on here
-
Happy birthday Bernard, cheers
-
I dont know about reshaping mf bells but i swaped mine out for a set ot swoopy ones..
A guy here in the uk took a mould of his fx bells and then reshaped and redesigned the plug and came up with these.... not 100% movie accurate but its a nice upgrade for fx users like myself.
I need to add a strap under my arm to stop them sticking out so far as they are quite pinched like the hero suits but i think they are great and will keep me happy until i can afford more accurate armour.

Ok all belts are in the post, i have about 4 on this weeks list and will work through them this week. I'll be in touch with those who showed interest later on.
T*E yours are also on there way to you thanks for being patient with me
-
Lookin good Bernard
-
If one of the ANH film heroes can get away without a counter then i say with or without should be fine.
Its funny that if you look close at this picture, you can clearly see where the counter was glued to the side of the scope and barrel of the gun. Its obviously fallen off
-
Bernards right, to be cannon you have to be 5 foot 9 and 3/4, have a 30 inch waist and prob spent most of your time on the dole in between bit parts in crapy movies
-
Hi tom welcome to the fisd, i hop that the helmet in your avatar is not the forementioned AP.......
-
Hey Troy nice snowy you have there, good luck with the trooper build

Hey Nathan im looking forward to seeing what you come up with here. I am still thinking of getting one fo these to troop in before getting new armour next year
-
Hey Graham and Dave thanks for the kind words and positive feedback on my belts im glad you are happy
All pms answered, im back making more belts tonight i should have some ready for the post tomoro or sat then i will be doing a few next week.
I have a busy weekend planned doing an event for prowse so i may not be online much again before next week troopers
-
All pm's replied to, i will start on the new belts but i willl be offline 'til fri so i may not respond to msg
-
Personally i would buy the white armour as aposed to painting a black hole trooper suit. If funds are a little short i would sell the first kit to pay for the second. Imho painting a black suit white is far too much hastle
-
Ok all belt orders are in the post from the last batch, thanks again guys
I will be making some more this week for those that showed interest via pm's
-
Hey i love what you have done with this helmet, it replicates the Brian R lid perfectly nice job
I look forward to seeing this finished with the lenses and an inside shot and most definately with your armour too
-
The way i have done mine is, i use 2 inch elastic and just have 1 piece (on each side) that goes from the back plate criss cross' over my shoulders attatching to the ab plate at the top and then carries on down and attatches to my thighs. I have never had any probs with the thighs moving around and it hurt my back or feel heavy. I use poppers on all these conections, no velcro.
-
Hey Guz nice to see you here, this is a great place for trooper's to be
-
Lookin good there trooper, i also noticed the frown and that is easily fixed, look forward to seeing your progress
-
They are on the side tubes of the helmet starting near the frown under the tear drops and head towards the ears, typically any helmet will have between 0 and 16 stripes, all blue
-
Hey trooper im glad that you are happy with your belts, he may not need to add any velcro but its very easy to do, thanks again FBJ
