  1. Worked on the holster. Removed the old rivets and got some black leather strapping. Made both strips 11” long and punched both ends to accommodate the new rivets.
  2. Glued the other half of the back thighs yesterday… Did not know what else to use for a bit more pressure so took my belt off and it worked perfect! Will wait 72 hours for these to cure.
  3. Installed the Han snap…Not sure if I needed to but thought I would since it was in Tony’s build guide!
  4. Oh boy. Yikes! That sounds like a lot to fix. I have a Hasbro E11 perhaps I will stick with that and get the DHPFX retro fit kit. https://www.dhpfx.com/shop/stormtrooper-blaster-e-11-hasbro-conversion-kit
  5. @gmrhodes13 Yeah-thanks! I did look at that thread and it was very helpful. It does appear the one in my pictures is one of the variants and should be able to be used if I replace the greeblies with the rebar clips. He has some on there but they do not look correct.
  6. Hey guys! Looking at some 3D print blasters. Does this one look correct for ESB?
  7. Worked on cod and butt plate. Placed the two snaps in the butt and the one (unpainted) rivet in the cod.
  8. Started work on the ab section and installing the split rivets… Painted them Testors gloss white… I made sure the holes were 20mm apart in the strapping however, not sure the left kidney part will fit now. I held it there and it’s too tight and it overlapped. I may end up leaving these and using snaps with straps here (I hate taking spilt rivets apart!).
  9. Worked on the back of the thighs and only glued one side for now as they seem rather stiff so did not want them pulling apart. Will let these set for 48-72 hours… Obligatory selfie in my shop space!
  10. I found some more time! Glued the cover strips onto the front of the thighs.
  11. I was able to sharpen the knee plate as suggested.
  12. How do the thighs look with the cover strips? Want to make sure before I glue. Right Right Left Left Left
  13. While the sniper knee is setting, I worked on the right shin. I was able to trim the cover strip to size and glue to the outside. I plan on using white Velcro for the final fitment.
  14. Thanks guys! Yes-my plan is to make that curved area a bit more sharp as you suggest.
  15. Glued up the sniper knee plate. I cut away some of the material on the bottom to get it to sit closer to the front of the shin/knee.
  16. OK-great! @gmrhodes13 Glen - I was wondering so that is why I made the pencil mark in that spot-cool 😃 I will make cuts more of a 90 on the knee plate and get less of a gap like you suggest. 👍
  17. @gmrhodes13 et al., How does the knee plate look here before I glue? I heated it a bit so it would conform to the angles a bit more. Should I trim on either side or leave as is?
  18. How to the shins and sniper plate look? I want to make sure before I proceed with the rear cover strips and adhering the knee.
  19. Installed the new TrooperBay decals on the cheeks, above the ears and the rear.
  20. Ok-swapped the tube stripe decals…They look the same to me 🤔 but I’m sure you folks have more trained eyes. @gmrhodes13
  21. @gmrhodes13 I’ll swap the tube decals out tomorrow 🫡
  22. @gmrhodes13 got it. I will change the rest of the decals out to match the grey. The ANH tube stripes are still on in those pictures. Here are the ESB stripes I put on: Taking the ANH stripes off. Cleaned off… How do these look? Are they reversed or should I keep them they way they are?
  23. Continuing work on the bucket. Added the new cheek decals from Trooper Bay. My questions is now... Should I replace the rest of the decals so the shade of grey matches or leave the existing?
  24. @gmrhodes13 I removed some of the black on the gums...how does this look?
  25. @DoggydocToothpick? Wow-I will try that trick! Yes-they are stickers. Should I paint the black ranks or leave them stickers?
