I finished touching-up the thermal detonator, then added glossifier to it and the thighs, shins, and dropboxes. I think I will remake the chest plate too, because the seams were horrible on it. this will be the third time I will have to make the chest... now I just need the fabric belt, some sort of holster, helmet, ab dots, neck seal, boots of a sort, and some strapping. the end is near...

alright, finished plasti-dipping the shins and the thermal detonator, and cut out some in the back of the shins to allow for more movement like the screen used suits, but I took the pics before I did that. also masked off the white areas on thermal detonator to brush-paint the gray gray added going to need to touch it up a bit, then add plastidip glossifier to it along with the shins, thighs, and some more on the dropboxes.

thermal detonator done! its a little bit long and kinda lopsided, but I doubt anyone would notice/care.

WIP thermal detonator its been snowing alot outside the past few days, so I can't paint for now. there may be a halt on overall progress for a bit.

thanks! yeah this stuff takes alot of time and patience... too much time and patience... I really don't feel like doing all that fiberglass and bondo. I might just buy a rubies helmet and mod it, but I'll try it first, since I've never done a pepakura/papercraft prop before.

I have been making a stormtrooper out of EVA foam. here are pics plastidiped thighs velcro straps (still need to sew) everything else wip chest I am about 70% done, I still need shins and thermal detonator.
