  1. When you need 3 more button snaps to finish the strapping. Guess I need to plan another trip to hobby lobby.
  2. Thanks for the feedback fellas. @ukswrath @Ripper_L @Sly11 @gmrhodes13
  3. That's what I was thinking but then id need to run the hovi tip wires down also.
  4. Just realized having comm system on chest when running audio hovi tips is not the best idea. Wont be able to just pull your bucket off as easily. So started moving things around. Now need to figure out something to stuff these wires in to hold it in mouth part of helmet. @ukswrath any thoughts?
  5. Cleaning excess glue from around strips is a pain in the butt.
  6. Any tips on knee plate? I want to trim down little more on bottom to bring it in closer to shin. Should start with one side first then do the other side?
  7. In regards to imperial boots. Make sure to get at least a whole size bigger. I made mistake getting just a half size bigger and they are snug. Might even go a full size and a half bigger for my next pair.
  8. I should have did double straps with elastic from the start. Now I got to go buy me some more snaps from hobby lobby asap.
  9. Start stocking up. Will save you bunch of time. E6000,snaps,magnets,clamps,sand paper. Those are a few things.
  10. Happy New Year troopers.

  11. comm system hook up to inside chest plate. As well as doubling up the snaps using elastic straps.
  12. So decided to go this route with my lenses. I wanted them easily able to take out if needed. trim and cut so they fit in just right make sure to go little by little. Im going with velcro to hold it on. Both sides have velcro and I have a small piece in between nose area to help hold it down there also.
  13. @gmrhodes13 I have that same set I was using for my kylo ren. I was wondering whether to mount inside bucket or inside chest plate. I was thinking of going with chest plate and asking if you had any pics or links of how some did it. Thanks bud.
  14. Welcome brother. Everything you need is here to get on track. Ask and these seasoned troopers will help guide you.
  15. gluing the rubber hand plates to black rubber gloves. using weight to apply pressure on it to hold it down.
  16. Added padding to back thigh so it pulls it slightly closer to my skin in front. This will allow the knee plate to come over top and not get stuck behind it im hoping.
  17. @gmrhodes13 any links on different ideas of where to hook the comm system up inside bucket or chest plate?
