I didn’t do it to my AM helmet but I assume a real light scuff wouldn’t hurt if you wanted to. I used the brush on and it stuck very well.

Looking good. Just make sure when you take your approval pics for the legion all your lines are straight. Everything has to be perfect. It’s hard to tell in the pic so they very well could be, it’s just a for warning.

I have never figured it all out to the dollar but the purchase of everything separate might be a few dollars cheaper. Your paying for one stop shopping. Sometimes it worth a few bucks more and eliminate having to run around and get things yourself. As for the suit and the armor if you have fluctuations in weight, leave some room when you build. Not too much just enough.

[Undersuit Seam Help]

I think previous versions didn’t have the stripe and that’s why they are recommended. Too late to return them? I’ve got no idea how to cover that large of an area.

I think it’s looks better. Shoulders could still come closer to the shoulder straps and I’d try and get the biceps higher. Other then that I think you did a great job.

But unfortunately I don't know anything about the size. I can measure the size on my Anovos and on my CAP-W for comparison if you'd like.

Don’t go crazy trying to measure everything if it’s packed away. It’s basically a curiosity thing cause I would rather have the smaller one for ease and think most other people would as well.
