1. Nice build (and nice car! I have one in that color myself). One thing I noticed--I think your thigh ammo pack is attached upside down.

3. Thanks Tony! I appreciate all your advice. After working on the armor for a while , It gets hard to see the detail corrections that need to be made, so this helps tremendously. Not looking forward to redoing those tube stripes though--I'm a terrible painter! Time to brush up on my skills
4. I recently came across a treasure trove of screws at Ace Hardware. I had tried Lowes, Home Depot, Harbor Freight and several other places with no luck (even just trying to find slotted machine or electrical box screws and not brass). Online I could only find packs of 50 or more. I'd never been in an Ace before, and this one is a little down the road, but they had the correct brass helmet screws in multiple sizes/lengths. They even had a nice selection of Chicago screws (previously I had only been able to find T nuts, with the little spikes that had to be taken off or bent down). So if you have an Ace nearby, definitely check it out. It's awesome Joseph is selling them at cost. And to echo Ron if anyone needs these screws I throw my hat in the ring as a backup source as well.
5. Thanks, Brian! I snapped a few indoors, hopefully these are a little easier to see: And the hovi tips work great, very happy with the whole setup once I worked out placement in my bucket. I like having everything all in one place.
6. I just took another look thru the photos and I see what you mean--on the close ups of the shoulder strap, you're talking about the stress cracks on the sides of the back plate, right? I don't know if I even noticed that before, but I see it now. Thanks for the tip, will definitely address that.
7. Thanks, David. Yeah, I definitely fall into the "a little short..." category, hence the diminished abdomen presence lol. I have seen some mods done by other short troopers to help combat this--something I probably will look into down the line now that I'm slightly more confident in my build skills (as opposed to a year ago!)

10. Sounds amazing! Getting ready to submit my approval pics, so if all goes well then hopefully our paths will cross in the near future.
11. Hello--I'm currently working on my TK, and I think I'm pretty close to being done for 501st basic approval (with an eye toward L2 soon hopefully). I snapped a few shots , looking for any advice on improvements or fixes I need to work on. I know the bicep (my left) is riding a little high, and I plan on adding hooks to keep it in place. The belt has the basic modifications for stunt approval (fabric patches), boots are TK boots. I'm 5'6" 125 lbs, so a little short for a Stormtrooper. The pics are a little dimly lit, hoping to throw up some more high-res pics shortly. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

***Edit: My pics aren't uploading. Prob something simple I'm doing wrong, but can anyone tell me how to embed pics in my post?
