I would worry about the durability of any frankenstein'd S-trim as well as the amount of work involved.
Perhaps some of the Australia guys can give you pointers, what part are you in? I'd reach out to your local Garrison first.

I believe all members can view the breakdowns, if you go to the main Legion forums and click the 'Membership DB' you can find the data in there, under 'costumes'.

As far as I know all but 3 shirts that Mark handled have been shipped - and your name was not on that list - so it is probably in transit.

We instituted a program this year where troopers were eligible for bronze/silver/gold pins after 10, 25, and 50 (I believe) troops a year. Seems to have helped with participation.

Based on above photos looks like somewhere between 184-190mm is a good ballpark.

Welcome! RS is a good, accurate kit if that’s what you want.

All shirts have a TKID# regardless of your preferred designation (and I believe has always been the case). Sorry.

Finally watched this. Sounds like it could have been better, I didn’t particularly love or hate TROS. Just meh.

$2000 a suit is a healthy budget (so often new members want armor CHEAP), however as mentioned your timeline may be unrealistic. Unless you can find someone selling their suit(s), most vendors simply cannot get a suit made and sent to you in that short of a time.
What country are you located in? If in the US, for example, WTF, ATA and others that are based in the USA may be able to get you something quickly.

Ouch. Looks like he lost part of his blaster?

Spacing looks OK to me but you need different caps (the ones with the holes), as per the CRL photo:
