  3. So my first ''Troop''* at Star Wars Celebration this year was great fun, had plenty of people take photos with me and my brothers. However, it was my first ever long use of my bucket and aside from the lens fog (currently working on it) a problem that repeatedly came up was that of my neck trim continually falling off and having to be reapplied. Bearing in mind that I do not have any superglue or adhesive currently on the neck trim, what would you guys suggest is best for keeping it on? Thanks *When I say troop I mean just me in my bucket with a suit on, as well as not yet being part of the 501st [emoji23] Sent from my 5022X using Tapatalk
  4. Haven't seen that yet, incredibly awesome! Sent from my 5022X using Tapatalk
  5. I'd love to see an Imperial Riot Control Trooper (not to be confused with the TFA Riot trooper) Sent from my 5022X using Tapatalk
  6. Now, most of us are a little old for this particular costume, but, Rebels introduced stormtrooper cadets, which have their own armour/uniform. Since Star Wars Celebration is coming up soon, me and my brothers are all getting our costumes ready, my youngest is in fact going as a Cadet, made from assorted pieces of clothing and sewn fabrics. Is anyone else doing this particular costume at the moment or planning anything regarding this costume? Sent from my 5022X using Tapatalk
  7. Yes thank you! Do you think you could shed some more light on the screw attachment method? Likewise which one would you say is better? Sent from my 5022X using Tapatalk
  8. Judge for yourselves: [emoji23] Sent from my 5022X using Tapatalk
  9. I have the typical sheet of transparent plastic that comes as standard with ATA helmets, I've seen multiple build threads but they all seem to brush over the lens with little acknowledgement. Is anyone able to give a detailed tutorial or suggest a tutorial on lens installation? Thanks Sent from my 5022X using Tapatalk
  10. Are there any effective ways of removing paint from a helmet, I'm using humbrol Satin Black (no.85). Thanks Sent from my 5022X using Tapatalk
  11. FISH TROOPERS IN THE CRL! MAKE IT HAPPEN PEOPLE Sent from my 5022X using Tapatalk

  14. Hey FISD, I'm doing an ESB build, so I wanted to ask, are these the right paints for my helmet?? ----------
  15. How is he doing?? Sent from my 5022X using Tapatalk
  16. Imagine him, flying up in the air...*all by myseeeeeelf plays* Poor Sky trooper Sent from my 5022X using Tapatalk
  17. I bet the forum is sick of this question by now [emoji23], but what are the paint colours for an ESB helmet? Like for the ears, frown and vocoder? Thanks, and sorry!! Sent from my 5022X using Tapatalk
  18. It looks very similar to my helmet kit. However, apologies for cynicism, why is it on eBay? If it's '501st Ready' how come he's selling it on eBay, even though the 501st strongly discourages this?? My first course of action would be to contact the seller and find out as much as you can about the item. Additionally, you could present him an offer, making it more of a potential bargain. Though, don't forget that it's an auction, so be prepared for the event of a exponential price increase!! Sent from my 5022X using Tapatalk
  19. Hello everyone I have finally got my helmet (sorta) assembled! However, I have found that the screws come far out into the helmet, meaning wearing it comes with the added risk of taking out my eyes and ears? Is there anyway of removing this inherent risk?? Sent from my 5022X using Tapatalk
  20. So I got the helmet screwed together; And now, after what seemed like a forever of trimming my ears, I've got them attached to the helmet and screwed to it. Additionally, for the perceptive of you, I have attached the Hovi Mic tips! So now, I think my helmet is nearly done. I shall proceed to painting, applying the decals and attaching the lens. !! 21. Would that come with the risk of splitting the helmet? Sent from my 5022X using Tapatalk
  22. Hi FISD, I'm nearly done with my helmet build now, its merely a matter of construction now. I'm scared of drilling a hole in my helmet, as drills can be unpredictable at times and the fact that I have never used a power drill before. Are there any alternatives to using a power drill? Thanks Sent from my 5022X using Tapatalk
