  4. Thank you for the comments, they are much appreciated! I think the angle of the photos make the sniper knee look like more of an issue than it really is. There is actually more clearance below the thigh than it appears. I also have a block of foam behind the knee, like you suggested... it worked wonders! Did a parade a few weeks back and all the parts worked well together... only problem to report was a blister =) ...and by the way, those power cylinders on my E-11 are your design!

  7. Great thread and info... I'm actually in the midst of a Hyperfirm decision right now. Deciding what to get between a b-grade E-11, a DLT-19, and a scout pistol. Thinking I will definitely get the scout since it is off a new mold and looking really sharp (planning a TB build in the next year or so) I really want (but definitely don't need) the DLT-19. Once again it is off a new mold, and sharp... and these just look badass lol. I have been on the fence with the E-11 B-grade. I only have a handful of troops under my belt so far & have been using a modified Rubies blaster which actually looks pretty good but I still need to add some power cylinders & a D-ring. The nice thing about the Rubies is I don't have to worry if it gets dropped or broken because I only have about $15 invested in the project. I also have a full Doopy's kit on hand to build a more accurate version to use for my EIB and Centurion submission so I really cant decide if I want to spend another $160 to on an additional E-11. If anybody has any thoughts or input, please chime in! Also, I heard from another member of my Garrison that Hyperfirm may not be putting out blasters too much longer. Has anyone else heard this rumor? If it's not true then it would make my decision much easier as I won't feel I need to buy more than I can comfortably afford at the moment to stockpile for the future!

  9. Look'n good Tom - I have enjoyed watching your progress on the Anovos Build FB Group, especially since we are right about the same height & weight. It has been nice to have someone else's build to look at for comparison. Best of luck to you!
  10. I just started trimming my shins yesterday and I'm experiencing the same issue with my new size 10 TK boots. I'm thinking I will have to use the bra hooks along with Velcro to make sure the boots don't force the shins to pop open. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. This helmet looks fantastic! Sorry if I missed the answer to this somewhere, but... where did you get the gray foam you used on the interior? I have looked everywhere locally and all I can find is white foam.
