Check the "Getting started read this first" forum. Read all the pinned threads. They are good.

I was in my local Canadian Tire hardware store, and found this: May look a bit better than that hammered finish you can get in a rattle can (based on the cap), with a coat of black or something? I may try it the day I take the plunge and order an E-11 kit.

If the link doesnt work then google "Matty Granger Star Wars Review". Excellent article on the "issues" with the movie and what he calls idiot journalism. -

For all those whonthink there are masssive plot holes and failures in character development (phasma), I urge you to read this:<br> <a data-ipb='nomediaparse' href='https://m.facebook.com/matt.lima.92?ref=bookmarks#!/notes/matty-granger/at-long-lastmy-star-wars-episode-vii-review-the-force-awakens-the-rise-of-idiot-/10153163095086277/?refid=17&_ft_=top_level_post_id.10153922616481392%3Atl_objid.10153922616481392%3Athid.514131391%3A306061129499414%3A2%3A0%3A1454313599%3A8443102983367298731'>https://m.facebook.com/matt.lima.92?ref=bookmarks#!/notes/matty-granger/at-long-lastmy-star-wars-episode-vii-review-the-force-awakens-the-rise-of-idiot-/10153163095086277/?refid=17&_ft_=top_level_post_id.10153922616481392%3Atl_objid.10153922616481392%3Athid.514131391%3A306061129499414%3A2%3A0%3A1454313599%3A8443102983367298731</a><br><br> Then go see the movie again. You will feel better. -
Thanks for that reply SofusSnake. I ended up buying Destiny instead. I think as much of a fan as i am of SW, its not enough to buy it. Hopefully with the success of the new movie they will do something like KOTOR.

Armor Building Party? - Canadian Garrison
TLantMAGNUS replied to SlyFox740's topic in Getting Started - Read this First!
This wouldn't be a bad idea....I am waiting the 6 month rule before I begin to purchase armour and bits, but as an historical reenactor, monthly workshops are always a huge help for folks to get stuff done. -
Is this game worth getting? I like games of the Mass Effect/Skyrim type. I am a fan of the Battlefield series but not CoD.

Is this game worth getting or does it not have much depth to it?

Why it's great the EU has been destroyed by Disney
TLantMAGNUS replied to TK_3202's topic in Off Topic
Too funny. This reminds me of some of the Predator novels that came out, where some "brilliant" author came up with "Yau'tcha" as their species name. Sounds like he stubbed his toe really bad and that's what he used. -

Sorry my bad. Either way, I am not sure if 8 years is still contemporary or not. -

Hold on a sec...no dog in this fight here, but the article focuses heavily on the use of red clay (AA) vs grey clay by Moore. The article attempts to show Moore using a red tinted clay for 2001: A space Odyssey, which was almost 25 years later. This is NOT evidence of anything. What they would need is a contemporary sculpt from Moore showing her use of reddish clay during the late 70's, not something decades later. What a terrible article. At least they go on to say the photograph's colour showing the sculptures was likely tampered with. That makes more sense. And looking at AA's verison of the photo, someone clearly adjusted the blue levels in PS lol.
