Anyone have one of these for sale and that will be approved?

So I made this mistake. Bought armor that was trimmed but the problem is it was built for someone else. I had to do a lot of adjustments and even after that found it was not going to be approved unless I did a whole lot more to it. I paid $1200 for my first kit which included the helmet and everything. It was the older EFX helmet from 2001. Yea back then it was approved but not now. I ended up buying a whole new untrimmed kit and built it to my body. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! Please please please do yourself and your wallet a favor and buy from someone who we all know. I got mine from RTmod. He builds them for bigger guys like me. Best of luck.

RT mod is the way to go. I am 6’ 230 and it fits great.

I do not know how long you want to wait but I am building one and will have it for sale when I am done. It will be 501st aprovable. I could not give you a time frame as of now.

I purchased a suit from Extreme racing. It s a cotton/Lycra blend and keeps me cool on those hot days. I like it because it is one piece so I don't have to worry about a shirt riding up.

I just turned 48 and I refuse to grow up. Also no one can see how old you are wants you put your helmet on. I plan on doing this a long time, a real long time.

Good to know about the 5 posts. I was wanting to leave some positve feedback on items I have bought so others know about the product but did not know why I could not comment.

Well it sure would be nice to be able to sit but it aint happen with this trooper. And if you fall over you will need help getting up. As the old saying goes "help I have fallen and can't get up".

I have a big head and had a hard time finding a comfortable bucket espeically once you put all the electronics, fans etc.... I hooked up with Tony who I purchased my electrornics from and he said the best helmet for me would be the RT-mod. Well I got it in and it fits like a glove. I just put some fans in it and it is a little difficult to put on but once you are in it is awesome!!! Hope this helps out.

I was hoping someone would chime in on this. I am also looking for one myself. Any help would be much appreciated.
