  1. So from the research I have done the only modifications to make a RS Props ANH Stunt Centurioun Level is to swap the hand guards to rubber ones and add a d ring to the E-11. Aside from that is there anything I am missing? For clarification this is ordering the complete ensemble from RS. Assembled or disembled I'm still debating. Can anyone help me out, especially the guys and gals who have the RS Armor and are Centurioun approved? Thanks much! (Mods feel free to move this post if it is in the wrong section.)
  2. I did it. Still thinking about getting a RS setup though.
  3. That is correct, and it took me a couple hours of walking around to figure that out. I was disappointed to find that RS did not have formal booth setup. Their Facebook post gave me the impression that they did.
  4. Just burned through all 17 pages. Man, what to do. I was about to pull the trigger on a complete RS setup, since my goal is Centurion approval. It appears that ANOVOS does have their ducks in a row when it comes to this TK. That being said there are still many questions that are unconfirmed and unanswered. That being said, like so many of you have mentioned the price is unbeatable. I do feel that there shipping suspense date will not be met. Being a small and fairly new company, and not being logistically savy the possibility of a 8 month wait may turn into a 12 to 18 month wait. Regardless, I only have a few days to decide what I am going to do.
  5. I will be in attendance, but no armor. I am an aspiring member that will have to join in the fun for Celebration VIII. Look forward to seeing you guys and gals there.
  6. I am oringinally from that area, but reside in TN. Ok, so hobbies. Always been a huge Mustang fan and have owned a few Mustang most being specialty mustangs, 02 Saleen, 10 Stage 3 Roush and then a 13 Stage 3 Roush. All are currently sold due to me close to my "first" retirement. Once I get my second career started I will possibly get back into one. A real big Lego Star Wars fan and have a large O/T collection of Lego SW sets in my man cave/bulding room. I make my own models during my free time. Currently working on a project I plan on revealing at the next Celebration in Orlando. Not sure how many of you attended CVI in 2012 and saw the Lego sets on display. Mine was the large ISD I had built from scratch. Aside from that, picked up road biking this past fall. Glad spring/warmer weather is here so I can start riding again. I was a avid runner, but between my recently diagnosed sciatica and degenerate back diesase my running has been sidelined for now. 18 years in the Army will do that to you. Luckly biking is a less impact activity. Of course myself and my boys fish and play airsoft here and there as well. Stay pretty busy. Lot of cool hobbies you all are into. Radio control planes would be cool to get into.
  7. Awesome show, watch it every week. Kevin Smith is pretty funny guy and a huge SW fan.
  8. Been there 3 times...be safe.
  9. That's just great! It's not a garage, it's a carriage house.
  10. Worked at a grocery store back in my younger days. Last name is Carpenter.....payroll misspelled it as Carpenater. One of the managers caught it and the name stuck. It is even my Army AKO email address (back in the day when you could choose your own). Let's just say it gets some raised eyebrows when my evaluations are signed. One of my supervisors calls me Carpenater. I thought about changing my email ..but nah...it's too cool.
