  1. To create some space my first suggestion would be, if you haven't done so already is make sure all the return edge material is off the wrist side. Once that is done then trim the elbow side.
  2. haha yes. In the world of professional painting to achieve a certain color sometimes requires blending many others. In the case of the Anovos recommended white spray paint, when color matched my painter's machine came up with those particular codes. There are others that had their armor professionally painted as well, I wouldn't be surprised if all our paint codes differ slightly. To the naked eye it's the same color white.
  3. ANOVOS recommended (rattle can) - RUST-OLEUM 249090 Gloss White - http://www.homedepot...49090/202071066 Highly recommended if you have the $ - Professionally Painted - Primer, Paint, Clear and Hardener - http://www.whitearmo...10116/?p=447887
  4. Very Nice Aaron. Keep up the good work sir
  5. May I suggest once you have your armor to start a "Pre-Assembled armor fitment modifications" or similar thread in the "How To" forums http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/forum/79-tips-and-howtos/
  6. I would post mine but that would be biased
  7. Awesome, just be cautious automotive paint full cure time may take weeks. Here's a good test, in about a week find a hidden spot you cant see and press a fingernail into it. If the dent remains then the cure time will take a while. Be careful when Trooping and placing objects on or near the armor. The good news is once the paint is fully cured is should be several times stronger than rattle can versions.
  8. Since I polish my armor later I use a piece of scrap cover strip material to remove the glue
  9. I doubt anyone is going to ask you if they are black, dark blue, brown or other.
  10. YESSS!!!
  11. NICE!!!
  12. Well I haven't personally but have spoken to quite a few that have (bought pre-built) and the general consensus is unless you fit the armor to a "T" (which you won't know until it arrives ) you might want to prepare yourself mentally and knowledgeably for some adjustments that may need to be made. Just to be on the safe side.
  13. Hey Marc in addition to what Bone has mentioned I also have an "in helmet" audio system that you can input mp3 audio, TK chatter or other and play it out speakers mounted in your helmet. If you're interested in knowing more send me a PM.
  14. May I suggest these or something similar - http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/34902-centurion-level-rivet-sets-for-sale/
  15. YESSSS!!! Did you have the whole armor painted or just the bucket?
  16. I think those are split rivets for the kidney to ab connection. Take a look at my Anovos build thread Page 1, it has a list of the rivets and where to buy them. Also here's a ESB Centurion app thread. It looks like his is built to accuracy. http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/28089-tk-29119-requesting-esb-stunt-centurion-statustm131/
  17. Um, 1) Cap rivets for the thigh ammo pack to replace the Anovos supplied split rivets. 2) If you're shooting for accuracy you'll want to replace Anovos supplied line 24 snaps and use "S" (popper) snaps 3) You'll need the Dritz #10 sew in snaps for the shoulder strap I'll get back to you
  18. "This is not the build thread you're looking for"
  19. No problems. When in doubt, ask Screen used TD
  20. YEA YA! awesome job Greg
  21. Hey Hector, inner cover strips are fine
  22. With all the love chiming in I believe it's time to PARTY!!!
